Our Team
Miller Landscapes has seven crews working tirelessly for you around the Chevy Chase and DMV area who will create and maintain your beautiful landscape. Your yard will be cared for by a team who is experienced, professional, courteous and patient.
Many of our people have been with us for over a decade and some have even been with us for two or more. A business is only as strong as their people are happy! Look for our maroon and gold trucks around town and give us a wave. We look forward to working with you.

Lee Miller
Founder
From a single push-mower on the back of a pickup truck to a professional landscape and stonework outfit, Lee has overseen every step of the company’s growth and success.
While earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, Lee started working in the neighborhoods around BCC and NW DC doing a little bit of everything. He worked in Engineering professionally after college while he continued to grow his landscaping business on the side. His friendly, helpful personality along with a strong work ethic helped spread his name through the area. In 1989 he officially founded Miller Landscapes, LLC and hasn't looked back since.
By using his engineering background and applying it to the challenges of residential landscapes, hardscapes, and solving drainage issues no matter how complicated, Miller Landscapes, LLC has become a highly-referred, prominent and reliable business in the area. Lee continues to work with each of his clients' properties as if it were his own, creating a vision and working hand-in-hand with the client's to create what is right for their needs.

Nanette Weber
Office Manager
Nanette is Lee's right hand in making the business run behind the scenes. She keeps the office functioning and the crews paid. Nanette has been with Miller Landscapes since 2014.
Aree Pearlman
Marketing & Logistics
Aree is charged with spreading the word about Miller Landscapes, from the website to the QR codes on the trucks, since 2023. She also may be out visiting clients to discuss scope of project, writing up a proposal, or swinging by with supplies or a camera. Your project just might end up on our website! With almost two decades of leadership experience in logistical operations, Aree brings a breadth of experience to the team and enjoys being helpful where possible.
